Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Managers in West and East India with strong background in the Doctor and Dietitian channels within the nutraceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of sales experience, a deep understanding of the nutraceuticals, and the ability to work independently in their designated area. This role supports Orthoplex expansion as a “practitioner-only” brand in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Use market knowledge to develop and execute sales strategies.
Expert at dealing with doctors, dietitians and nutritionist including ability to:
Learn and provide highly scientific product detailing.
Build and maintain strong relationships.
Regarded as a “peer” providing genuine and relevant solutions.
Maintain a regular call cycle in relevant territories.
Manage brand presence and promotion at relevant conferences.
Manage distributor and supply chain activities.
Operate independently in the designated area, demonstrating strong self-motivation and the ability to achieve sales goals without direct supervision.
Create and maintain customer lists and activity notes.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc. or Pharmacy degree.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the Doctor channel within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in Nutraceutical Products or Division.
Location: West India (Mumbai and surrounding) and East India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai), other cities can be considered with travel.
