Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the domestic market, focusing on natural stone industry projects and product sales.
• Create and implement distributorship and retail programs to enhance market reach and increase sales.
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
• Set sales targets and goals for the team, and monitor their performance on a regular basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and retailers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand customer base.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our natural stone products.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential customers.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination within the sales team, as well as with other departments in the organization.
• Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, sales, collection, and supply.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance showcasing sales volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
• Effectively communicate client information and insights to the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management within the natural stone industry or a building material industry
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the domestic market and customer dynamics in the building materials industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Deep understanding of distributorship and retail programs, and experience in creating and implementing them will be preferred.
