You will be instrumental in building a strong and successful team by onboarding new insurance agents and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of existing POS partnerships within the insurance industry.This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Responsibilities:Develop and implement onboarding programs for new POS agents. Train them on company policies, procedures, insurance products, and POS systems.Provide ongoing support and guidance to POS agents. Assist them in resolving customer inquiries, identifying suitable insurance products, and achieving sales goals.Monitor POS agent performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement coaching and development plans.Develop and implement strategies to retain existing POS partners.Resolve POS partner and agent issues & concerns in a timely and professional manner.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in insurance.Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote insurance products and services through the POS channel.Qualifications :Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales or operations role.Proven experience in onboarding and training new team members.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong understanding of customer service principles.Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and coach others.
