Position Overview: The Social Sales Coordinator at Āroka will play a crucial role in linking our vibrant social media presence with our sales goals. This position is perfect for someone who is adept at turning online interactions into meaningful customer relationships and sales opportunities. You will use your deep understanding of social media dynamics and sales strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies across various social media platforms to boost customer engagement and increase sales. - Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent brand messaging. - Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns that align with sales objectives. - Analyze data from social media and sales to better understand customer behaviour and refine marketing strategies. - Maintain and embody Āroka's unique brand voice and ethos in every customer interaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. - Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the fashion industry. - Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and their use in sales and marketing. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster relationships. - A creative and analytical mindset that can blend data-driven decisions with intuitive marketing strategies. - A strong passion for fashion, particularly sustainable and ethically produced garments. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience with e-commerce sales. - Familiarity with customer engagement techniques and conversion strategies on digital platforms. - A deep understanding of and appreciation for Āroka’s commitment to artisanal craftsmanship.
