Practical Information: Location: Delhi NCR, India | Reports to: Presales Lead - Microsoft | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for India | Language Requirements: professional English, written and spoken | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Willingness to travel and mobility 30% of the time As our new Technical Sales Representative, your role will be to position Crayon as the partner of choice in order to help customers and partners transition to the cloud. You will work on establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products. Furthermore, you will expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating effectively features and benefits of our products and services. This is a customer facing technical sales role, owning the overall technical relationship between the Customer, Sales, and the Services. Your Responsibilities Successfully adopt Cloud solutions and services in the targeted industries Provide technical competence and assistance to the teams, specifically to the Inside sales team, in presenting solutions to our customers Technical engagements including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or pilots Drive revenues for the industry leader in intelligent computing solutions . You will solicit and obtain orders by developing relationships with decision makers and by following up on established leads Your Competencies 3+ years of experience in the cloud industry Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration Familiarity and experience working with cloud services such as Azure Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles and leading deep technical architecture discussions combined with a deep knowledge of Cloud About You Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present solutions to customers, partners , and Crayon employees Effective communication skills, both oral and written, comfortable to communicate with various stakeholders, such as senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers Results and customer-oriented with solid attention to detail and quality What’s on offer?
