Job Description - Tele Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Freakins located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. We are looking for immediate joiners, and Good Sales Skills
Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field
