Job Description - Territory Sales Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Territory Manager to join our team and drive sales of skincare products across Mumbai with a primary focus on dermatologists and other relevant clients. As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.

2. Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists skincare clinics spas beauty salons and other relevant clients.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features benefits and usage of our skincare products.

4. Provide training and support to clients on product knowledge application techniques and best practices.

5. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

6. Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.

7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis to management.

8. Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.

2. Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably in the skincare beauty or pharmaceutical industry.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.

5. Selfmotivated with a drive for results and ability to work independently.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

7. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

8. Knowledge of skincare products ingredients and industry trends is a plus.

  • Preparation of Sales and Rolling Forecast Product wise/Sku wise.
  • Collect capture and convey feedback to HO on all aspects of the business (including product quality pricing packing new product ideas supply situations competition activities schemes etc.) across channel users field employees

Must have Good relations in Wholesale Cosmetics Stores.

Ensure chemist RCPA to know Dr Rx Behavior of company as well as competitor brands

Ensure brand discussion as per RCPA/Dr Rx Behavior

Promote company brands in a scientific way

To ensure weekly monthly sales analysis Sales calculations of dispensing/non dispensing Drs & chemist sales as per given weekly/monthly aspirational projection
