Hiring for Territory Sales Manager - Horeca for Chennai locationRole :TSM's (Territory Sales Manager) role objective is to support and direct sales efforts and to drive market expansion in a particular region and achieve organizational objectives.Conducting market segment analysis, identify thrust areas /customers basis easy wins with less effort and larger volume size of the market, and creating a yearly business plan that focuses on key customers/segment will be under his responsibilities.Responsibilities:Sales, Customer management and distributor handlingCustomer acquisition and new product customer addition.SO Achievement, market expansion, yearly sales handling and distributor paymentsMaintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emailsActing as a contact between all brands and its existing and potential marketsCold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businessListening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sales.
