Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to fully understand their business objectives and overall requirements. - Design comprehensive solutions that address client needs, align with industry best practices, and deliver on Tek Experts' business objectives. - Develop detailed architecture plans, including system specifications, integration strategies, and deployment recommendations. - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire solution development lifecycle. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration into existing systems or future projects. - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to assess the viability of proposed solutions. Qualifications: The ideal candidate: - Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). - Has proven experience of over 10 years as a Solutions Architect or similar role within IT services or BPO. - Possesses a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies. - Thrives in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for BPOs. - Can effortlessly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Boasts strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Adapts seamlessly to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Has experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects across various platforms. - Holds a keen interest in new and developing technologies. - Demonstrates a willingness to work closely with diverse business units. This is a fully remote role from India or US.
