<p>We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Alternate Channel Life Insurance <br/><br/>Specialist.<br/><br/> In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach and driving sales through alternate channels within the South Head Develop and implement strategies to promote life insurance products through alternate channels such as partnerships.<br/><br/>- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, financial advisors, and Co-Operative Bank & Partners.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for alternate channel distribution.<br/><br/>- Provide training and support to partners on life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and sales processes.<br/><br/>- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize channel performance and maximize sales opportunities.<br/><br/>- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.<br/><br/>- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and maintaining a positive reputation in the industry.<br/><br/>- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in alternate channel distribution and life insurance products.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in alternate channel sales Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.<br/><br/>- Minimum of 20 years of experience in life insurance sales and alternate channel distribution.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting principles, and regulatory requirements.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment<br/><br/>Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
