<p>Job Description - Sales Director (BFSI ; Banking Sector (pref.))<br/><br/>WovVTech is looking for Sales champions across various experience levels who will be responsible for developing & implementing strategic plans to sell WovVTech's Products and Technology Services. Looking for go-getters with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. The ideal candidate would have a proven experience track of target achievements in SaaS based product sales and Cloud based Software Solutions Services in International and Domestic Market.<br/><br/>Location: India (pref. near to Mumbai), Dubai<br/><br/>Experience: 10+ years<br/><br/>Key Roles and Responsibilities: <br/><br/>- Generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities through the full sales cycle<br/><br/>- Applying in-depth understanding to address complex and strategic technology needs within businesses<br/><br/>- Developing and maintaining a quality pipeline of prospects; discovering, developing, and managing relationships with prospective customers to sell our services<br/><br/>- Understanding customer pain points; identifying solutions by leading and participating in strategy sessions with prospective and existing customers<br/><br/>- Making informed business decisions based on quantifiable information and numbers<br/><br/>- Creating and presenting proposals to stakeholders; providing thorough and accurate insight into their strategic initiatives; determining the customers' capacity, ability, and desire to purchase our types of services; communicating how our services align with their strategic needs<br/><br/>- Retaining customers by maintaining a high level of responsiveness to both existing and prospective customer requests for technology solutions<br/><br/>- Meeting and/or exceeding an assigned sales target<br/><br/>- Applying understanding of technology operations, corporate technology infrastructure, networking technologies, and applications in a typical enterprise environment<br/><br/>- Assuring customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication; soliciting/identifying additional business and solving problems<br/><br/>- Engaging and driving demand generation activities through virtual/video meetings, email, blogs, social media, and other digital channels<br/><br/>Requirements: <br/><br/>- 10+ years' experience in consultative selling specific to technology solutions and BFSI services preferably Banking Sector, to mid-market companies; strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS capabilities<br/><br/>- A proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas and developing new customer leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales<br/><br/>- Possessing the ability to build trust by communicating pertinent information and data via video, email, phone and/or face-to-face; projecting confidence, expertise, and sincerity in the delivery of proposals to stakeholders<br/><br/>- An ability to take a holistic and strategic approach to the business process, leveraging a deep understanding of end-to-end business models and sales<br/><br/>- Possessing strong problem-solving abilities; ability to evaluate patterns from closed/won or closed/loss business and applying learnings to future deals<br/><br/>- Demonstrable effective communication skills<br/><br/>- An ability to adjust behaviors that lead to different actions and better outcomes<br/><br/>- Technical proficiency; data and sales technology literacy; experience utilizing sales intelligence and CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, etc.<br/><br/>- A history of ongoing professional development activities<br/><br/>- Possessing a drive, passion, and commitment to win!<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
