Job Title: Java Engineer

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Joining: Immediate

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Java Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. 

2. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to integrate Java-based solutions into our cloud-native platform, contributing to the advancement of AI-driven technologies. 

3. Software Architecture and Design: Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of software solutions, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. 

4. Code Reviews: Participate in and conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and continuous improvement. 

5. Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshooting issues, and proposing effective solutions. 

6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Java code, APIs, and integrations. 

7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Java and related technologies, incorporating new tools and practices into daily work. 

8. Agile Development: Contribute to Agile development processes, participate in sprint planning, and deliver features on schedule. 

9. Collaborative Innovation: Bring creative ideas to the table, actively contributing to the team's innovation and problem-solving initiatives. 

Requirements: 

1. Professional experience in Java development of 2-4 years. 

2. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices. 

3. Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate etc.). 

4. Understanding of RESTful web services and API development. 

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Please Note:  

The candidate would be judged on DSA and System design. So, should be good at both these

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred candidates from Tier 1 colleges

Candidates from Tier 2 or lower institutions should have a minimum GPA of 8 from their respective colleges
