About Us:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team and lead our front-end or full-stack development efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of JavaScript developers to deliver high-quality front-end or full-stack solutions.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, guiding best practices, code reviews, and technical challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the development process when appropriate.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in JavaScript development with expertise in front-end or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and related technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles, including component-based architecture, state management, and client-side routing.
• Experience with back-end technologies and server-side development (Node.js, Express.js, etc.) is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading and managing development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
