Job Overview

We are looking to hire a skilled Website Developer, having proficiency in Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress, HTML5, and another common development platform to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of  WordPress / Shopify / Wix / Squarespace  themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

To be a successful WordPress developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a top-class Website developer can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications of the client.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function. (And Specifications)
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Creating the website architecture.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
•  Managing and integrating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Conducting WordPress / Platform-specific training with the client.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website

You are a good fit if you have these Skills:

• Proven 2+ work experience as a Website Developer mainly on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace.
• Min 2 years of on-hand proven work experience as a Website developer.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
• Experience in cPanel management, DNS configurations, Host management, and website database management including, file type management, backup management, and bug fixes.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics. (Preferred on hand experience on Figma or Wireframe)
• Ability to manage projects independently,  (starting from wireframe to design to content management to testing to go-live)
• Good communication skills.

Job timings: Evening Shift or Night Shift 3 pm-12 am/6 pm-3 am ( Monday- Friday)

CTC: up to 5 LPA
