Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a specialization in the nCino Banking System to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and design, coupled with extensive hands-on experience implementing nCino's managed package in financial institutions. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and strategic thinking to support our mission of delivering superior banking solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of nCino solutions, ensuring they meet our business requirements and are delivered on time.- Develop high-quality Salesforce Apex code, Lightning components, and implement advanced automation using Process Builder, Flow, and other Salesforce tools.- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions.- Provide expertise in nCino's Commercial Banking managed package, including modules such as Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity Management, Credit Memo, Covenant, and Collateral.- Ensure best practices are followed in data integrity, testing, and deployment methods within Salesforce and nCino environments.- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to elevate the team's overall expertise.- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce and nCino features, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.Qualifications :- 7 - 12 years of experience in Salesforce development, including deep expertise in Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.- Extensive hands-on experience with the nCino Banking System, particularly in implementing its Commercial Banking managed package.- Strong understanding of financial services workflows and regulatory requirements as they relate to CRM and loan origination systems.- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Salesforce and nCino certifications are highly desirable.
