ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in customizing and extending the ServiceNow platform to meet the unique needs of our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and maintain robust ServiceNow applications that improve our efficiency and effectiveness.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow APIs, scripting languages (GlideScript, UI Script), and ServiceNow configuration tools.- Collaborate with business analysts, IT operations, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Configure core ServiceNow modules (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management) to meet specific business needs.- Develop custom workflows and automations to streamline processes within the ServiceNow platform.- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.- Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.- Document code and configurations for maintainability and knowledge transfer.- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on customized ServiceNow applications.Qualifications : - 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or similar role.- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and functionalities.- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (GlideScript, UI Script) and configuration tools.- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs or web services.- Experience with developing and implementing unit tests for ServiceNow applications.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience working in an Agile development environment (preferred).Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's (ref:hirist.tech)
