AI/ML Manager/Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the AI/ML practice strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with the firm's global and regional goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML experts, consultants, and engineers, and ensure their professional development and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to understand the business problems, define the AI/ML use cases, and prioritize the AI/ML projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, from scoping, planning, designing, developing, testing, deploying, to monitoring and maintaining.
• Ensure the quality, efficiency, and scalability of the AI/ML solutions and services, and adhere to the best practices, standards, and methodologies of the firm and the industry.
• Engage with relevant business stakeholders, understand their business needs and challenges, and propose and pitch AI/ML solutions and services that can add value and create impact.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the AI/ML field, and incorporate them into the practice's offerings and capabilities.
• Deploy and monitor the AI/ML models and systems in production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and robustness.
• Communicate and present the AI/ML results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the AI/ML field, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale AI/ML projects, from ideation to implementation, across various industries and domains.
• Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and big data technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Technical expertise of machine learning models using Python, Typescript, C#, Java, and other relevant programming language
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in various AI/ML techniques, tools, frameworks, and platforms, such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, recommender systems, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, AWS, Azure, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the client's needs and challenges and propose and deliver AI/ML solutions and services that can create value and impact.
• Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse and high-performing team of AI/ML professionals.
• Passionate, curious, and innovative, with a continuous learning and improvement mindset, and a willingness to embrace and drive change.
