Azure Data Solutions Architects

Azure Data Solutions Architect Responsibilities:
• Design and architect data solutions on the Azure platform, utilizing Azure Data Factory and Databricks to orchestrate, transform, and analyze large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data architecture standards, and develop scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Implement best practices for data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
• Lead the design and implementation of data integration, data warehousing, and advanced analytics solutions using Azure services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and data scientists, on Azure best practices and methodologies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data architecture and engineering practices, staying abreast of the latest Azure technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize Azure resources, manage costs, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. Qualifications:
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data integration, data warehousing, and advanced analytics solutions on Azure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with JDE (JD Edwards) knowledge is a plus.
