Company URL: Roles and Responsibilities:

• 
  Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of Porter's products and services
• 
  Lead and develop product roadmaps for all products in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant Product Management Boards
• 
  Influence profitable growth for assigned Business Vertical.
• 
  Oversee the creation and management of pricing models for Business Vertical.
• 
  Define and develop communications strategy and plan
• 
  Work collaboratively with Analytics, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services
• 
  As leader of Product Management, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of our products which you will achieve by defining the strategy and roadmap for each product.
• 
  Develop and manage budgets and resource requirements
• 
  Provide strategic input into the company's business plan

Skills Required:

• Experience as a leader in a product-focused technology business which is driven by quality and customer service

• Previous experience leading and developing a product management and marketing function

• Previous experience of Internet Services and/or a passion for the Internet and related emerging technologies is essential

• Engaging leader who gains buy-in and respect from team/peers

• Sound people management skills and experience

• Ability to delegate, prioritize and manage a considerable workload

• Sound financial and budgetary management and solid commercial acumen

• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

• Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in immediate area of responsibility

• Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels and adopt a flexible & consultative approach

• The ability to adapt to a changing business and marketplace
