**Business development experience in promoting Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehousing solutions is mandatory. This role is not suitable for those having Supply Chain / Logistics operations experience** To be based in any of these Indian cities – Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi / Gurgaon. Role will involve travel within India. Curiosity and Growth mindset should be in front and center. It’s about quality and not quantity. Expect tons of experimentation and Start-up culture.

Commit and achieve the set goals consistently. Spot out opportunities to raise the bar for competitiveness of Indian Supply Chain. Maintain relationship with corporate stakeholders and overperform in terms of value. Host Networking meets for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate with Post Graduate qualification in Business Management. Preference will be for CII Institute of Logistics certified Supply Chain Professionals. Minimum 10 years of down-to-earth work experience in Business Development of Logistics Service Providers (3PLs) / Supply Chain or Warehouse related solution providers. Should be handy with knowledge in Supply Chain / Logistics with an eye on AI. High degree of articulation of thoughts is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory. Comprehensive knowledge on Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement, focused on cost and service level optimization. (Note: Since we have multiple roles and locations, candidates having less experience between 5 to 10 years may also apply)
