Job Description - Business Development Intern

Job Title: Business Development Intern

Company: Usurp Tech

Location: Remote

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month + incentives (10% of the revenue) 

Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance)

We are dedicated to revolutionizing HR processes through innovative technologies, and we are seeking a dynamic HR Intern to join our team for a rewarding three-month internship focused on recruitment. 

Job Description:

As a Business Development Intern at Usurp Tech, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of recruitment and staffing. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Utilize various channels for lead generation and expanding the client base
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking events
  • Present Usurp Tech's services and value proposition to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and expectations
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions for client requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong sales acumen and a passion for building client relationships
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with startup culture and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with HR technology and the recruitment industry is a plus
