HR Internship

Title: HR Internship

Duration: [1 Month, 3 months, 6 months]

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
