Job Description - HRBP Intern

Duration : 6 months

Location : Bangalore

Stipend : 15,000 per month

About the Role:

As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. You will be involved in employee engagement initiatives, assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes, contributing to employer branding efforts, and learning stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for
  • employees.
  • Support in the execution of HR projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to meet the shared goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operations like access management, maintain databases.
  • Maintain compliance with processes and frameworks as outlined.
