Designation - Human Resources Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including internal databases, job portals, professional networks, recruitment firms, and employee referrals
2. Carefully screening and evaluating candidates based on their education, experience, skills, and other relevant qualifications
3. Communicating the details of the role and responsibilities to potential candidates and providing them with a clear understanding of what to expect
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, negotiating compensation, completing the necessary paperwork, extending job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
5. Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, recruitment partners, and other cross-functional teams throughout the recruitment process
