Job Description - Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through resumes, applications, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs as needed.
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends and best practices, providing insights to improve the hiring process.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous internship or work experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
