Digital Marketing Intern

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team as an Advertising and Sales Assistant. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the creative and business aspects of advertising and sales. Responsibilities:

Ad Script Creation:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad scripts for social media.
• Ensure that ad scripts align with the brand identity and messaging objectives.

Ad Shooting:

• Assist in shooting of ads, including coordinating with the internal team, setting up equipment, and collaborating with video editors to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of the ads.

Campaign Execution Assistance:

• Work with digital marketers to get basic understanding of campaigns and assist them with execution related tasks.

Sales Calls Handling:

• Participate in sales calls with potential clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives. Assist in presenting advertising solutions and packages to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Client Support:

• Provide support to the team for client-related tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and gathering feedback. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Creative Assistance:

• Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new ad campaigns and marketing initiatives. Support the team in developing visual assets and content for various marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Hands-on experience in advertising and sales in a real-world setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
