 What You’ll Work On

• Zoho Books Ops
  • Update bills, track SaaS expenses, and help manage daily entries
    
  • Keep our payment timelines clean and efficient
    
• Invoicing Support
  • Generate and organize invoices for our services
    
  • Double-check every number like your life depends on it
    
• Budget & Burn Tracking
  • Track department-wise spends
    
  • Forecast upcoming costs and help us stay agile and lean
    
• Vendor Coordination
  • Maintain vendor payment info, agreements, and trademark docs
    
  • Keep paperwork smooth and up-to-date
    
• Reporting
  • Assist in preparing reports on expenses, cash flow, and budgets
    
  • Help the team see the story behind the numbers   
    
• GST Compliance
  • Share data with accountants for timely filings
    
  • Ensure zero last-minute panic
    

 What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting 
  
• Proficient in Google Sheets / MS Excel 
  
• Bonus if you’ve used Zoho Books — if not, we’ll teach you 
  
• Highly organized and detail-obsessed
  
• Proactive, curious, and eager to figure things out
  
• Comfortable with startup speed, chaos, and freedom
