Wirality 101 is a Q&A series that explores trending and relevant topics through the lens of advertising, marketing, and branding, catering to aspiring professionals and industry enthusiasts.

Together, these platforms reflect our belief in using content not just to market brands, but to understand culture and spark conversations around it.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Management Intern who will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams across strategy, creative, design, and performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to chaos, keeping projects on track, and ensuring that great ideas make it from planning to execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, meeting notes, and weekly check-ins.


• Coordinate with strategy, creative, design, and media teams to ensure timely delivery.


• Maintain timelines, trackers, and status boards while proactively identifying blockers.


• Assist in drafting briefs, scopes of work, estimates, and change requests.


• Coordinate content calendars, feedback loops, and approval processes.


• Work with media teams on campaign launches, tracking, and performance reviews.


• Prepare weekly reports and monthly review decks.


• Coordinate with creators, editors, production teams, and external partners.


• Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables and maintain documentation across internal tools

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.


• High ownership and a proactive mindset.


• Familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Tools & Platforms

Experience with the following is preferred:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)


• Notion


• Slack and WhatsApp


• Basic understanding of GA4, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite


• Familiarity with marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and engagement rate

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous internship experience in an agency or startup.


• Leadership experience in college clubs or communities.


• Basic Canva or Figma skills.


• Familiarity with creator and content workflows.


• An interest in advertising, media, fintech, retail, FMCG, or consumer brands.
