Requirement - AI Expertise Intern – HR Automation Projects

Location - Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh

Duration - 3 to 6 Months (Internship)

Prerequisites - AI tools, automation, HR tech, or related academic/project exposure preferred

We are looking for a tech -savvy and driven professional to support our HR Tech & Automation team in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI -driven workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the automation of Role Profile Creation processes
Assisting in the development and tracking of AI -based Performance Tracking Systems
Coordinating with internal HR teams to implement AI -driven workflow solutions
Ensuring proper data handling, workflow optimization, and reporting support

Preferred Skills:

Hands -on exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or HR tech software
Strong data handling, analytical, and reporting skills
Excellent coordination and process -oriented mindset
Ability to optimize workflows and manage documentation efficiently
