What's the role?

As an AI Intern at JAR, you will explore how AI can understand, generate, and refine narratives across diverse contexts. You will experiment with different communication styles, storytelling approaches, and audience contexts to discover what works best when AI interacts with humans. Your work will help shape JAR’s AI-driven communication tools and narrative strategies.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Work on creating communication narratives that encourage users to build consistent saving habits.
• Experiment with video-based communication formats, storytelling flows, and engagement styles.
• Identify the right design approach, tone, and angles to make communication feel human, personal, and supportive (“hand-holding” driven experience).
• Convert rough ideas and briefs into finished, high-quality outputs, such as voiceovers, scripts, explainer content, nudges, and contextual messaging.
• Understand user mindset deeply and craft communication that is empathetic, motivating, and behavior-shaping.
• Document outcomes, learnings, narrative approaches, and successful communication experiments.

What’s required from you?

• Strong sense of what good output looks like - whether it’s a script, voiceover, video concept, or communication flow.
• Creativity + structured thinking mindset.
• Ability to think in context, tone, audience mindset, and user psychology.
• Eye for detail and appreciation for the “small nuances” in communication.
• Ability to convert vague ideas into clear, structured, emotionally effective content.
• Creativity + structured thinking mindset.

• Interest in narratives, storytelling, UX communication, or behavioral content
