About The AI Works

The AI Works builds practical AI products, intelligent automation solutions, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications that solve real business challenges.

We're looking for curious, self-driven engineering students who enjoy building products, learning new technologies, and solving real-world problems. You'll work closely with the founders and experienced technology professionals to develop AI solutions and help organizations successfully adopt AI.

Responsibilities AI Product Development

• Build AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and software products.


• Research and experiment with AI models, frameworks, and developer tools.


• Develop APIs, backend services, integrations, AI agents, and automation workflows.


• Convert business requirements into scalable solutions and prototypes.


• Test, debug, document, and improve product performance, reliability, and usability.

Client Adoption & Solution Delivery

• Participate in client discussions to identify business challenges and AI opportunities.


• Assist in designing, implementing, and deploying AI solutions.


• Support customer onboarding and successful solution adoption.


• Conduct product demos, PoCs, workshops, and training sessions.


• Create implementation guides, user documentation, and training materials.


• Gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work directly with founders on product development and innovation initiatives.


• Collaborate with technology professionals on solution design and delivery.


• Own assigned projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.


• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them.

Requirements

• Final-year B.E./B.Tech/MCA student or recent graduate.


• Strong programming and problem-solving fundamentals.


• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.


• Understanding of APIs, databases, Git, and software development principles.


• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Interest in AI, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.


• Quick learner, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, AI Agents, or Generative AI.


• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.


• Experience with workflow automation, prompt engineering, or AI integration tools.


• Personal projects, GitHub contributions, hackathons, research, or open-source work.
