Description
As an Apprentice in our Agency department, you will have the unique chance to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your apprenticeship. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who is eager to make an impact and contribute to the success of our agency.

Responsibilities

Assist in various agency projects and tasks, gaining hands-on experience.
Support the team in client communication and relationship management.
Help with research and data collection for campaigns and strategies.
Learn and implement best practices in agency operations.
Assist in creating and executing marketing plans and initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop skills in time management and organization.
Attend meetings and take accurate notes for future reference.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Complete any other tasks as assigned by the team leads.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate from the year 2023 or later.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning.
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
Basic knowledge of marketing or agency operations is preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
A positive and professional demeanor.
