Description
As an Apprentice in our Banca department, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with experienced professionals. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our mission. You will have the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment, gaining valuable insights into the Bancassurance industry.

Responsibilities

Assist senior team members with various administrative tasks and project support.
Conduct research and analysis on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation for insurance policies.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the implementation of new insurance products and services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a graduation year of 2024 or later.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A keen interest in the insurance industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
