Apprentice - HR Ops

Onboarding & Joining Coordination

· Joining confirmation follow-up with new joiners and relevant stakeholders.

· Pending document follow-up and collection.

· Maintain and regularly update the New Joiner Tracker.

· Prepare and confirm the next-day and upcoming joiner lists.

· Day-1 reporting confirmation and follow-up.

· Coordinate induction attendance and feedback follow-ups.

· Support onboarding audit activities and ensure required records are updated.

BGV & Medical Coordination

· Follow up on pending BGV cases and coordinate with relevant stakeholders/vendors for closure.

· Follow up for pending medical documents/reports.

· Maintain accurate status updates and highlight pending/overdue cases.

Employee Lifecycle & Operational Follow-ups

· Support ELC (Employee Lifecycle) follow-ups and related coordination.

· Coordinate ID card printing and distribution for new joiners.

· Conduct daily calling and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

· Maintain trackers, records and MIS related to assigned HR Operations activities.

General HR Operations Support

· Provide day-to-day coordination support to the HR Operations team.

· Assist with other operational activities and assignments based on business requirements and the intern’s skill set, aptitude and ability to take on additional responsibilities.

· Support the team in ensuring smooth and timely execution of routine HR Operations activities.

Requirements

· Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable with daily calling, follow-ups and coordination.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic data management.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain trackers accurately.

· Proactive, organised and willing to learn.

· Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and meet timelines.
