About Team:

The Workday support team is a globally distributed group operating across the US and India, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s Workday ecosystem across both HCM and Finance functions. The team manages key HR and Finance processes, supports day‑to‑day operations, resolves production issues, and delivers configuration, integrations, security administration, reporting, and release management. With the US & India team focused on strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement and providing operational coverage and technical execution, the organization ensures seamless, reliable, and continuously improving Workday services for the business.

Apprenticeship Summary:

The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Supporting and resolving the issues related to Workday issues

• Providing guidance to business teams on Workday functionality

• Supporting and building Workday solutions in Integration and Extend

• Creating new reports in Workday

• Creating Knowledge Articles and SoPs on Workday solutions

Education Qualification :

• B.Tech. or B.E in Computer Science or Information Technology

Skills :

• Workday Integration / Workday Extend / Java

Experience Range :

• Fresher / 0-1 yrs of Experience in Workday platform

Location:

• Bangalore (Hybrid)
