Job Description - Associate Developer Intern - Customer Success

Interact with clients and take care of
product support activities.
Handle Incident tickets and Change
Request.
Database Maintenance and SQL Query
Optimization.
Provide Level
1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot and debug issues, and ensure
resolution with detailed root cause analysis.

Note: You must be flexible to work in rotational and weekend shifts, including early (5:30 AM–3:30 PM), general (9:00 AM–6:30 PM), and night shifts (8:30 PM–5:30 AM). Early shifts are assigned for one week each month, and night shifts for one month every 3 months. Shift allowances are provided: ₹350 for night and early shifts, and ₹250 for weekend shifts. Shift Schedules will be determined based on business requirements.

Skills

Good communication in English – Written (Email)
& Verbal.
Good Analytical skills
Technical skills - Java Script, jQuery,
MS SQL server, ASP. Net

Eligibility

Undergraduate Qualification: B.E /
B. Tech IT (Any Stream)
Minimum Marks required in UG: 70 %
or 7 CGPA without backlogs
Minimum Marks required in XII: 70%
Minimum Marks required in X: 70%
