The Opportunity

We are looking for three exceptional technical graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Program. While you will all join as part of the same cohort and share some foundational training, we are looking for specialists to drive three distinct areas of our technical roadmap.

One Program, Three Paths

During the application process, please indicate which focus area best aligns with your skills and interests:

Role 1
Focus Area: Cloud App Developer (VBCS, APEX, OCI)

Core Responsibilities: Build custom Apps, extensions and accelerators within Oracle Cloud environments

Skills: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, PL/SQL basics, Forms and Interactive reports, Understanding of IAM, Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular/React

Role 2

Focus Area: Integration Engineer (OIC Focused)

Core Responsibilities: Provide integration capability around OIC, Fusion, OFS and other Oracle solutions.

Skills: TREST & SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, XSLT basics, JavaScript, SQL, Error handling & Monitoring

Role 3

Focus Area: Support Analyst (Techno Functional)

Core Responsibilities: Supporting existing Oracle Cloud Solutions, Manage enhancements, Analytics and integration

Skills: Basic SQL, PHP, JavaScript, REST API fundamentals, Understanding of source control, object oriented programming and experience with web development.

What We’re Looking For (The "Must-Haves")

Regardless of the Role, all candidates must possess:

Educational Background: A recent or upcoming undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field.

Technical Curiosity: A demonstrated passion for technology, shown through GitHub repositories, side projects, or hackathon involvement.

Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to break down complex problems into logical, actionable steps.

Communication: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

What You’ll Get From Us

Mentorship: You’ll be paired with a Senior Lead in your chosen focus area to guide your development.

Training: Training on Oracle Cloud Technology

Rotational Exposure: While you have a primary focus, you’ll spend time working with/shadowing the other two streams to understand the full technical lifecycle.

Growth Path: Our goal is to transition you into a permanent specialist role upon successful completion of the program.
