Job Description - AutoCAD Intern

Job Title: AutoCAD Intern (Civil & Electrical)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated AutoCAD Intern to support our design and drafting team. The intern will work on civil and electrical drawings, assist in preparing layouts, and gain exposure to industry standards through real-time projects.

Location: Mylapore, Chennai
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: As per company policy
Internship Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and modifying 2D AutoCAD drawings for civil and electrical layouts.
Support engineers in drafting plans, sections, layouts, and basic detailing.
Update drawings based on feedback, revisions, and site requirements.
Maintain proper layers, dimensions, annotations, and drawing standards.
Organize and manage drawing files, revisions, and documentation systematically.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

Knowledge of layouts, sections, and dimensions.
Basic exposure to construction or electrical concepts.
Students pursuing Civil / Architect / AutoCAD courses.
