Job Description - Business Development Intern

Location: Pune, Delhi/NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad
Stipend: ₹20,000/month + Performance based Incentives
Duration: 6 Months [We would extend it based on the performance]

 


 


What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join our team in Pune, Delhi/NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad. This role focuses on building city-specific partner and customer ecosystems, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in business development and sales. 


Day in the Life:



  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential partners and customers within your designated city

  • Identify opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the local market

  • Work closely with the sales team to execute business development strategies

  • Act as a key representative for the company in your city, leveraging local insights and networks

  • Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities in the market



 

Who You Are:

 

Required Qualifications:



  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 0-6 months of prior corporate experience within the city of application

  • Fluency in the regional language 


Preferred Qualifications: 



  • Street Smart - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of partner/customer ecosystem

  • A passion for business development and sales

  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment




What We Offer:



  • A stipend of ₹20,000/month plus performance-based incentives

  • Hands-on experience in mainstream business development and sales
