Business Development Intern – SaaS

Job Title: Business Development Intern – SaaS

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our SaaS sales team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end sales processes, lead generation, and account management. You will work closely with the Account Manager and gain real-time experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist the Account Manager in daily sales and client management activities

  • Support end-to-end SaaS sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure

  • Conduct market research and identify potential leads

  • Execute outbound lead generation (LinkedIn, emails, calls, etc.)

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

  • Help in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports

  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment


Requirements



  • Strong interest in SaaS sales and business development

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation is a plus

  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM tools, or email outreach is an advantage
