Job Description - Business Development Interns

1.     Sales
& Marketing

Business Development Intern:

We are hiring energetic, ambitious and ownership -driven
Sales & Growth Interns to contribute to our beverage brand’s expansion
across on -ground activations, lead generation, and direct consumer engagement.

We are looking to hire 4 interns who will work closely with
the core team to drive brand visibility, build meaningful consumer connections,
and support overall growth through both field execution and structured sales
efforts.

Key Responsibilities:  

1.   Explain
product features, benefits, and value proposition clearly and confidently

2.   Engage
and build strong relationships with consumer

3.   Support
execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

4.   Drive
product trials at event

5.   Convert
interest into D2C purchases

6.   Collect
structured consumer insights and feedback

7.   Build
and maintain a structured database of prospects and D2C  repeat
conversion opportunities

8.   Generate
qualified leads through interactions, outreach, and networking

9.   Support
in planning and executing a monthly calendar of brand and growth activities

10. Track
daily and weekly growth activities and maintain performance reports

11. Analyse
performance metrics and suggest improvements

12. Assist
in competitor research and market mapping

 

2       Who You Are:  

13.  Confident communicator, energetic & proactive Ownership mindset (acts like a manager, not
an intern) Passionate about sales, startups, and beverage brands

14.  Strong follow -up and relationship -building skills Comfortable with basic data tracking and
reporting

15.  Organized and capable of managing multiple growth
initiatives

Problem -solver with a strong hunger to learn
