(Unpaid | Commission -Based | UK Company | Onsite – Trivandrum)

Location: Onsite – Trivandrum (Office near Nalanchira)
Internship Type: Unpaid Internship (No fixed stipend | Performance -based commission only)
Duration: 3 Months
Open Positions: 2 Interns
Working Model: Full -time | Onsite | Execution -focused

About the Company

Closing Gap is a globally operating business solutions company with registered entities in India and the UK. We support SMEs, startups, and professional service firms across outsourcing, recruitment support, automation, and operations.

This internship is designed for highly driven individuals who want real exposure to how businesses are built, sold, and scaled—not academic or dummy -task internships.

You will work directly with founders and business heads, taking ownership of real execution in a fast -moving environment.

Internship Overview

This is a commission -based, performance -linked internship where learning, ownership, and outcomes matter more than hours logged.
Final role allocation (Operations / Outreach / Partner Development) will be decided after onboarding, based on individual strengths and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execution & Business Support

  • Work closely with founders and business heads on daily priorities

  • Convert ideas, discussions, and plans into clear action items

  • Track progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure execution closure

  • Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and documentation

2. Outreach & Growth Support

  • Research potential clients, partners, agencies, accountants, and service firms

  • Support structured outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and approved channels

  • Follow up on conversations and assist in booking meetings

  • Maintain lead and partner tracking systems

3. Partner & Ecosystem Support

  • Assist in identifying potential partner firms and collaborators

  • Coordinate introductory calls with approved partners

  • Support partner onboarding documentation and communication workflows

4. Operations & Coordination

  • Support hiring coordination and interview scheduling

  • Assist with calendars, internal coordination, and meeting follow -ups

  • Support basic client communication under supervision
    (No independent commitments)

⚠️ This role is NOT suitable for candidates seeking purely academic internships or minimal -responsibility roles.

Must -Have Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • High ownership and accountability

  • Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality

  • Comfort working directly with founders and senior stakeholders

  • Ability to execute independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have

  • Interest in business operations, sales, partnerships, or startups

  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, documents, or CRM tools

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or research tasks

  • Willingness to work in an onsite, team -based environment

Compensation Structure

This is a performance -linked internship.

  • Commission / Incentives: Revenue -linked incentives for deals, partnerships, or qualified leads generated
