Closing Gap is a globally operating business solutions company with registered entities in India and the UK. We support SMEs, startups, and professional service firms across outsourcing, recruitment support, automation, and operations.
This internship is designed for highly driven individuals who want real exposure to how businesses are built, sold, and scaled—not academic or dummy -task internships.
You will work directly with founders and business heads, taking ownership of real execution in a fast -moving environment.
Work closely with founders and business heads on daily priorities
Convert ideas, discussions, and plans into clear action items
Track progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure execution closure
Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and documentation
Research potential clients, partners, agencies, accountants, and service firms
Support structured outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and approved channels
Follow up on conversations and assist in booking meetings
Maintain lead and partner tracking systems
Assist in identifying potential partner firms and collaborators
Coordinate introductory calls with approved partners
Support partner onboarding documentation and communication workflows
Support hiring coordination and interview scheduling
Assist with calendars, internal coordination, and meeting follow -ups
Final -year students, recent graduates, or early -career professionals
Individuals restarting careers or aspiring entrepreneurs
Self -driven people who value execution, ownership, and real -world learning

Strong written and verbal communication
High ownership and accountability
Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality
Comfort working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
Ability to execute independently with minimal supervision
Interest in business operations, sales, partnerships, or startups
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, documents, or CRM tools
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or research tasks
Willingness to work in an onsite, team -based environment
This is a performance -linked internship.
