Responsibilities
•Good Understanding and Knowledge of Financial Statements
•Conduct detailed research on valuation methodologies and trends for businesses.
•Help in gathering data and preparing reports on industry trends and economic conditions impacting business valuations.
•Assist in drafting and organizing business valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in presenting key findings.
•Support in identifying comparable companies, transactions, and market data to benchmark valuation assumptions.
•Work alongside senior analysts to ensure comprehensive and accurate valuation deliverables.
•Participate in special valuation-related research projects as assigned, contributing insights and analysis to ongoing engagements.
Qualifications
•Pursuing master’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field required.
•Financial analysis and accounting knowledge
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with a willingness to further enhance technical skills.
•Independent, critical, and creative thinking
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to break down complex financial information and balance sheet exposures.
