Job Description:

Position: CLM Legal Intern
Duration: The initial duration will be 6 months.

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated Legal Interns to support our CLM team in aligning legal processes with technology solutions. This role provides exposure to contract management and compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contract templates and legal documents.
• Assist in mapping legal processes to CLM workflows.
• Support compliance and documentation activities.
• Learn and explore CLM implementation products and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Background in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Understanding of contracts and legal processes is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CLM products is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to explore technology solutions.
