About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Creator Onboarding Intern to support our efforts in scaling the creator supply on the Amplify Platform at One Impression. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and is excited to work in the creator economy space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding content creators on the Amplify platform and boosting overall supply.
- Act as a central point of contact for assigned creators, addressing queries and resolving any process-related issues.
- Help creators understand the workflow and benefits of the Amplify platform and guide them through the onboarding journey.
- Ensure smooth handover and activation of creators so they are ready to do business on the platform.
- Support in bridging the demand-supply gap by actively engaging with creators and driving successful onboarding.
What are we looking for?
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Interest in influencer marketing, the creator economy, or digital platforms is a plus.

- Proactive: A self starter who exhibits ownership of projects and outcomes.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: Not everything will be defined, accessible.
- Willing to learn and unlearn to hone new skills.
