AI Accountant (Karbon) is building an AI-native fintech platform to simplify and modernize accounting, compliance, and financial operations for businesses. Backed by global investors like Y Combinator, we work with thousands of startups and growing companies, helping them stay compliant, efficient, and confident in their finances.

Job Summary 

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our Customer Success team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning SaaS products, and building strong problem-solving skills. 

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure users get value from AI Accountant, while developing a strong foundation in customer success, product understanding, and stakeholder communication. 

 

Where You Can Create Impact 

  • Support customers in understanding and using AI Accountant effectively 
  • Assist with onboarding, basic queries, and issue resolution 
  • Build empathy-driven customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails 
  • Work with internal teams to relay customer feedback and product gaps 
  • Help track customer issues, resolutions, and follow-ups 
  • Learn how customer success drives retention, adoption, and growth 
  • Contribute to improving CS processes and documentation 

Must-have Skills 

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • High customer empathy and problem-solving mindset 
  • Clear intent to build a career in Customer Success / SaaS 
  • Good aptitude and willingness to learn fast 
  • Ability to commit full-time for 6 months 

Good-to-have Skills 

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or finance 
  • Prior exposure to sales, customer support, or client-facing roles 
  • Comfort working with tools, tickets, or CRM systems
