Job Description - Customer Support Executive Intern

We are looking for a proactive and articulate Customer Support Executive Intern to assist our support team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in English, and have a passion for solving problems and improving customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide prompt assistance and address inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, communications, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate priority or complex issues to management for immediate attention.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help improve customer service workflows and processes.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to offer accurate support and guidance.
  • Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and FAQs to support team efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem -solving abilities with a customer -first mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
