Role Overview You will work with live operational data from our deployed kiosks and interact with end -users at client sites. Your analysis will shape product decisions, maintenance priorities, and customer experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities 

• Analyse usage data from live kiosk deployments - transaction volumes, peak hours, product mix, failure events
  
• Help building dashboards and reports for operations, product, and management teams
  
• Identify patterns and anomalies in kiosk performance data
  
• Track KPIs across sites and flag deviations proactively
  

Customer Interaction

• Conduct structured interactions with end -users at client sites to gather feedback
  
• Document customer pain points, usage habits, and feature requests
  
• Coordinate with client POCs for site -level feedback collection
  
• Translate qualitative feedback into actionable product and ops insights
  

Reporting

• Prepare weekly field insight reports for internal review
  
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from the product and operations team
