As part of the marketing team, you will contribute to building high-performing digital campaigns, optimizing online visibility, and enhancing brand engagement across multiple platforms. The role involves working closely with professionals on live projects, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategic improvements. This position provides real-world exposure to SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and online community management, helping you develop a solid foundation in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including setup, targeting, and reporting.
• Conduct keyword research and manage campaign optimization for Google Ads.
• Identify high-intent keywords to strengthen SEO and content strategies.
• Research and identify backlink opportunities to improve online ranking.
• Gather, analyze, and organize performance data from paid platforms.
• Evaluate landing pages and recommend optimization strategies for better results.
• Engage with digital communities on platforms like Reddit and Quora to drive organic growth.
• Build influencer relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Create engaging, shareable, and creative content for social media platforms.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and performance-based campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO principles.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and contribute to impactful digital marketing projects.
