Job Description - Event Intern

Support the planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
Assist in vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground arrangements
Manage backstage, guest coordination, and event timelines
Help with event documentation, checklists, and setup plans
Coordinate with design, production, and hospitality teams
Handle basic client servicing tasks during pre-event and event days
Maintain inventory and ensure proper material management
Assist in sourcing décor, gifting, and entertainment ideas
Provide support for post-event wrap-up and reporting

Requirements

Strong interest in event and wedding management

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Quick thinker with a problem-solving attitude

Ability to handle pressure and manage last-minute changes

Basic knowledge of Excel, PPT, and Google Drive tools

High level of discipline, time management, and team spirit

Availability for fieldwork, long hours, and weekend events

Must have a personal laptop and professional attitude
